Lovely lodge, great to have a hot tub. Plenty of space for a family of four. Beds very comfy, perfect base after a long day out. Location quiet (but you can hear the monkeys from the Wildlife park every now and again!). Great to be able to walk to Heatherton World of Activities, would have liked to be able to walk to a pub or village shop - but that’s just me. There were 2 cobs of corn left in the oven when we arrived and not really enough serving dishes etc (but this may have been a Covid adaptation - the reduced kitchenware, not the corn on the cobs!).

Excellent break in a beautiful setting close to some wonderful beaches and activities. The lodge was spacious, clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the visit very much, but it was too short!! We appreciate that the current Covid-19 situation has had a big impact on many places so won't complain (too much)... but the late check-in on a Friday and the early checkout on a Monday actually meant only a 2 day + stay as we had to leave first thing on Monday after arriving after 5pm on Friday. I'm sure that due to demand and the previous 4 months lockdown, etc that the cost couldn't reflect this.... but loved the lodge and the location. Will do it again!!

The lodge was the best I’ve stayed in, I would highly recommend and me and my partner will definitely be visiting soon

A very well equipped lodge with all we needed.

A bright, spacious lodge with plenty of room, modern and beautifully decorated. Some of the fixtures need a little maintenance (blinds, bathroom extractor fan, shower controls, light bulb) but we managed fine. Unfortunately, the people before us had not properly cleaned their crockery/cutlery and put it back in the cupboards - we were disappointed this wasn't picked up, but we always wash everything before we use it anyway. Overall it was very clean but everything looks quite new! Sofa arms were damp when we arrived so quite comforting to know they are doing an extensive clean during the pandemic. More storage than we knew what to do with! Love the bath in the bedroom though it felt odd!! Have to do a bit of drying of the floor afterwards (particularly as the shower-head is a bit leaky). On arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was contactless and fast. They helped us find our lodge and talk us through instructions needed to get in etc. We had quite a busy itinerary so we didn't need to contact them during our stay. Cleaners are very promptly on site on the morning of departure. The welcome pack and instructions were very detailed and clear which was comforting, and the complementary items were much appreciated. Except when referring to some of the appliances in the lodge - it's clear that some of the appliances have been updated as some of the instructions were inaccurate and irrelevant (e.g. absent 'switch above microwave' in cupboard, thermostat panel, and oven were all describing different things to what was actually there). The hot tub controls were quite confusing even with several pages of instructions, but we've never had a hot tub before so we put it down to inexperience as we did enjoy using it to relax after a busy day! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it's the perfect base for South-West Wales. Only 10min drive from Tenby, and literally surrounded by family attractions! We look forward to coming back during a warmer season!

We stayed in the beech lodge. It was a very comfortable lodge and had everything we could need (apart from a dish drying rack which did mean you had to wash something and dry it straight away because there was nowhere to stack what you had washed but this is a very minor niggle!!). The beds were very comfortable. We did have a small issue with flies appearing in the bathrooms which we reported and was dealt with promptly. I would return and stay in this lodge again.

Accommodation was beautiful and immaculate. The bedding and towels were a massive plus saves having to take your own. The decking and hot tub was beautiful. Looking out over to the lake was a treat. Would recommend to everyone if you want a bit of luxury and a treat. And a ice cold bottle of of wine in the fridge was a great touch!

Absolutely beautiful lodge

Stunning lodge. Only one criticism, the bed in master bedroom needs replacing as its shaped like a banana and not comfortable enough. Everything else perfect.

For a 3 night stay I felt the price was slightly more than other lodge accomodation I viewed. But we had such a lovely weekend we would pay it again.

Beds nice and comfy. Shower screen wasn’t sufficient for the shower in the en-suite in twin bedroom kept soaking the bath mat. Only downside. Modern shower but not so great
