Reviews

Had a lovely peaceful weeks stay in Buzzard Lodge! A very spacious and well equipped lodge. WiFi was an unexpected plus. Our family age group was 1 to 84 years and everyone really enjoyed the holiday! We agree with previous reviews that the hot tub could be in a more sociable location, however the views and quiet make up for this. The owner is friendly, welcoming and always around if we needed anything. Definitely would return!

We have just returned for a very last minute break at buzzard lodge, the location is fantastic, very beautiful and peaceful, Mervyn was a wonderful host, helpful and friendly but not at all invasive on your time there, the lodge was lovely and clean and cosy, had everything we needed for a weekend away, the gated garden meant the dogs could roam and pay freely without risk of them escaping, and the children loved the hot tub! Lots of beautiful places to walk, the town wasn’t far and there were lots of places for takeout/meals out, and a few shops to pick up but you may need, as well as a lovely park for the children. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

We had a lovely break in Llanidloes. It was great to be able to let the dog have the run of the space.
