Awful experience didn’t enjoy it at all

Hayley 28/09/2020

The Cedar Spa accommodation wasn't as clean as would have expected.the sofa was dirty and stained no tea towels as was stated in the welcome pack, the rear shower tray didn't empty quick enough. The toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. The central heating was poor kept going off on it's own.

Stain on sofa and smelt funny, maybe needs replacing or deep cleaning

Beautiful location, clean comfortable lodges. Would happily stay again.

Lovely place to get away for a quiet relaxing place to take your children or your pets or even a romantic week

Great holiday! Would definitely recommend! Staff were helpful and the lodge was so clean! Phone signal and connection not great around there so WiFi in the cabins would be useful. Overall a fabulous experience would love to visit again. Thanks:

Caravan not a lodge.

Perfect for two couples 

Lacked simple items that you would come to expect for that price, such as TV in the bed room, towel rail in the bathroom. No bath which is something I have come to expect for a lodge. Really don’t class these as lodges as in a lodge there is more space and the space is limited in these caravans.

Had a very relaxing break and would certainly recommend for a chilled out week holiday.

I thought it was rather expensive considering you couldn't get in till 6pm and had to leave by 9.30am.

Michelle 07/09/2021

The pictures were misleading. The cabin was much smaller than portrayed in the photos. The beds were really uncomfortable. We had to leave early due to the noise from other cabins. No signal at all on site.

Mel 30/08/2021

Lovely, the only thing wrong was the back bedroom had a damp smell....

Joanne 31/08/2021

Cabin was clean & tidy upon arrival hot tub was inspected every day

Sharren 15/09/2021

Not enough effort has been made to make the site appealling, just the accommodation placed in a field with no landscaping around. Equipment in the lodges was kept to a bear minimum, self catering and no teapot!!!
