Very relaxing weekend. Cant wait to stay again the Lodge had everything you could want. The hot tub and bbq area are very private making you feel your miles away from everyone.

Poor cleaning in the bathroom, sink area was unclean, shower was poor. Double bedroom was incredibly small with little drawer space. No mention anywhere that the bbq was disposable only. Took coals for bbq but then had to buy disposables from site shop at extortionate price.

Overall a great stay. Hottub was lovely and filters changed daily. Everything we needed was there in the lodge as expected and the contactless check in ran smoothly. Good play parks for the little ones and plenty to do. It was nice having the swimming pool to ourselves also which is a upside of Covid I guess !

loved the park, the area and the lodge. Only downside to the lodge for us was that the patio /hot tub area wasn't fully enclosed - open to the rear so that made it a bit difficult to filly realx in hot tub as we needed to keep the dogs in sight all the time incase they chased a rabbit

The Cheviot spa lodge is by far the best one on site. It has everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and clean. The only downside is that we ordered takeaway from the restaurant and when we opened it the portions were really small and quite dissapointing

the amount of provisions were insufficient and the whole building needs rennovation it has seen better days and is not up to standard

The cabin was quite poorly designed… the furniture was all way too big for the space so it was very claustrophobic and there was weirdly zero counter space in any room! We had one of the 6 person cabins with 4 people and we were tripping over each other. The cabin was up a massive hill so anytime we wanted to do anything we had to venture that hill.
