Great lodge although I think if pets are going to be allowed in these lodges then the cleaning team should invest in some better vacuum cleaners! We found quite a lot of dog hair on the carpet. Otherwise I can't fault the cleanliness.

Beautiful location and staff were busy keeping grounds to high standards. Enjoyed the break and would rebook without a doubt. The Lodge had everything we needed for the stay

    Diane 05/07/2021

A lovely lodge but attention to detail let it down. Overall the lodge was clean however the cups in the bathroom were dirty snd had not been replaced snd knives and forks required cleaning. There was also a lack of kitchen equipment no grill pan, no oven gloves, only 4 knives and forks only 1 tall tumbler. There was also no toilet roll on arrival. These are all minor things and can be managed but let what is a wonderful location and lodge down. This won’t stop us returning but you need to get these things right.

stayed in the escape plus as got changed accommodation due to broken boiler in the contemporary

    Nicola 13/07/2021

The lodge we had was just not in a good location it also had a poor design with the hot tub only being accessed through the front door looking directly onto the lake restaurant and refuse area.

    Neil 27/07/2021

    Great accommodation

    Vikki 20/08/2021

Few fixtures and fittings were broken, so couldn't hang towels and robes
