Beautiful lodge but bit on the pricey side but it has helped us relax and feel fresh again

Mostly it was a nice comfortable place, a few issues but not the exclusive place I was expecting for the amount paid

We booked late and had a lodge that was dog friendly. As a result there was evidence of dog hairs. Had we booked earlier we would have requested a lodge that dog were not allowed. This did not affect the holiday. We used the bar facilities however not the restaurant therefore no comments other than to say Staff taking and serving drinks were very friendly providing a quick service.

Would have liked a glass panel by the hot tub to see the view over the quarry and lake.

The lodge was lovely, we had a lovely view and it had everything we needed. There were a few areas that could have done with a deeper clean, the seal on the shower could have done with a good scrub or replacing due to mould. But overall it was a nice lodge and we had a great stay.

This accommodation with very smart fixtures and fittings. The kitchen has plenty of storage. The fridge freezer was of a good size. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. The hot tub was enjoyed by us all.

Good location with easy access to main road and the lakes More a posh caravan than a lodge as have stayed in many lodges over the years and they have been a lot better quality Could feel vibration from the hot tub in the lounge area

Lovely lodge no negative comments to make.

    Jean 29/09/2021

The lodge was very nice. The hot tub was lovely and big and we really enjoyed having that facility. My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough crockery and hangers for doors to hang wet robes would have been good.
