Lovely holiday. Cabins were spacious and clean. Only tip I would have is order a tesco food shopping shop as the nearest supermarket is 20miles away and the local co-op is empty as that’s where everyone goes

The lodge was much bigger than expected with an en-suite to the master bedroom and an additional shower/toilet room. The hot tub was wonderful and the perfect temperature from day 1. All you could want for a quiet rural break.

Overall a comfortable accommodation.

Excellent hot tub, spotless and checked by staff daily. Lodge spotless, linen likewise. Plenty of crockery & utensils. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom corridor, very narrow and can only open 1 door at a time. Plenty of storage in bedrooms, shower rooms compact but plenty of hot water.

Best 4 nite break ever

Fabulous lodge, with great views of the countryside from the hot tub! Very clean and staff extremely helpful! Very good facilities and space. Will definitely be staying here again!

The park is in such a beautiful location and the lodge was immaculate. It had everything we wanted for a well needed weekend away. I wish the check-out time was a little later but overall it was a great holiday.

Brilliant short break in perfect location

Rebecca 28/07/2021

Location was good, friendly staff but it should be noted that our lodge is not ideal for larger people, it felt more like a caravan with plastic showers.

Overall very good. Few things were broken and needed fixing.

Rachel 12/08/2021

I thought a little expensive, but with the past travel bans and lockdowns, understandable.

Mark 12/08/2021

Good accommodation, however found it a bit expensive.

This is lodge is cosy and located in a lovely area of Wales. For the activities planned the location was good. Hot tub was a great amenity. However, there were a few facilities missing which would have made the stay more comfortable. WiFi is not included in the price which is unfair as you do pay a lot for what you get. The rooms are tiny and it would have been helpful to have a few more amenities such as some more toilet roll, kitchen roll etc. Additionally, there were instructions to strip all the linen, load the dishwasher and bring the bins out which again for the price was not expected, especially as your deposit could be affected if you weren’t able to do some of these things. We could not get the heating working either as it wasn’t clear, but this may just be our error! Overall, it is overpriced for what you get but not a bad place.

Great location, very peaceful surroundings just 5 mins drive to Lake Bala or 20min walk down. 'Lodge' is effectively a more modern looking static caravan. Very comfortable with all the facilities and utilities you need. My partner is now a hot tub convert - however it would benefit from some sort of screen for a bit more privacy. Not much to do at the lodge site itself, small shop etc but great location for access to Lake Bala watersports, Lake Bala railway, we ate at the Plas Yn Dre (great pub grub) and drank at the Stori (beer/wine/gin shop with bar), all dog friendly - we have some lovely memories and will be returning again
