Another brilliant stay at this gorgeous park. The lodge was spotless as was the hot tub. It’s very peaceful and we will definitely be back again!

For a premier lodge the carpet was stained , the lodge smelled musty and the hot tubs had very little privacy,

Mattress was a bit too soft for my liking but very very happy overall

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bit expensive for the standard of lodge we were allocated. It felt small even though it had 3 small bedrooms & there was just the two of us. Good location as a base to explore Bala & surrounding area.

Lovely lodge but it was a bit small for a family of five with two dogs

This was a 50th birthday present so was a little disappointed by not being able to use the hot tub from day one as that's why we chose the lodge, the staff did repair it and were really nice and apologetic, but subsequently only got to use it 2 out of our 4 day stay, apart from the above everything else was pretty much perfect, the lodge themselves have possibly everything that you need, would definitely stay again

There was broken glasses in cupboard and found dirty plates

Margaret 17/06/2021

Great holiday park and price is very reasonable but a number of issues with regards to our accommodation specifically

Ross 24/06/2021

Lots of dead flies in carpet and quite stained could be because it was a pet friendly lodge

Lovely peaceful location. Very clean lodge. The guy who checked the hot tub everyday was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to visit. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the three bed, as we have two teenagers, it was just about big enough for four adults I would say. The lodge needed some TLC, the drawers on the main bedroom wardrobe were not working very well. The grill pan didn't fit the grill, which meant it took ages to cook anything. The cooking utensils were not great either, and no sharp knives. Also wasn't suggested in the booking that we bring towels for the hot tub, towels in the lodge were tiny. I didn't think the hot tub water had been changed since previous booking as suggested, because there were hairs in it when we first used.
