We had a wonderful time at this lodge and would definitely return. It was very modern and clean, with very comfortable bedrooms and a very spacious living/dining area. The hot tub was also fabulous (although we were expecting it to be a little more bubbly, but this didn’t matter too much).

Absolutely loved it at pen y Garth. So close to Bala lake. Great walks.

Lodge could have been better considering price, beds uncomfortable, require new mattresses, showers basic and hot tub arm was broken making hard to remove lid. Price did not reflect quality .

Well equipped lodge, spotlessly clean.

The lodge was a great standard and really spacious. The furniture and fittings were of a really good standard and it was comfy. The only problem we had was the mattress on the double bed was very hard so we struggled for a decent night's sleep (personal preference I suppose), but the mattresses on the twin beds and bunk beds were lovely and soft so the kids had a fantastic nights sleep. The hot tub really was the highlight and enjoyed by everyone.

Amazing place . But very expensive over £1200 for 3 nights in the 6 weeks holiday. Is very over priced .

The only thing that let this accommodation down was the garden furniture. It was very old and not very comfortable so we couldn’t relax on it. Unfortunately as it was a really hot week this did spoil it for us.

Lodge is a bit tired but we had dogs with us, so wouldn't expect a shiny new lodge. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough as noticed things from previous tennants left in the shower, selotape on the top of the kitchen cupboards. Also found it a bit weird that we were asked to strip the beds and put the linen in the bags but we were asked to leave the mattress & pillow protectors in place. That worried me. Shop seems to shut early too. If you are looking for a value for your money, adequate holiday with a great hot tub and you can take your dogs, then this is it.

Lovely location, beautiful lodge. Couldn't have been better. Spotless on arrival, credit to the cleaning team. Will definitely come again.

This holiday was the most expensive but maybe this was due to covid
