Second time we have stayed here. Lovely little cottage, friendly owners and stunning scenery. Very quiet but only 2 miles from the small town of Haltwhistle, so foraging is not a problem. We will be back again!

Beautiful location for a relaxing weekend away. The mews is lovely and bigger than it looks in the photos. Our dog loved going for walks at Hadrian’s wall which is only a few minutes away.

What a superb cottage, so clean and warm. The conservatory is delightful in the mornings looking out over the fields as the sun rises. Walks on Hadrian’s Wall are just a couple of miles away, so convenient. My second visit and I’ll definitely book again.

Very comfortable and toasty warm. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and although I didn't need to trouble them for anything I don't think any requests would have been a problem. Unless you were a seasoned long-distance walker, a car would be essential for most journeys and trips from the cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Glendale Mews & walking along Hadrian's Wall. Julie & Philip made us feel right at home with their welcome pack & their cottage is marvellous, it was just what we like. The Sainsbury in Haltwhistle made it so easy to shop for food. We will definitely rebook their cottage when we fancy walking in the area again. We were spoilt for choice & the weather was perfect.

Had a great week staying at the Mews. Good central location to explore the area. Hot tub and private garden were a great advantage. Overall very peaceful apart from a couple of nights where the people staying in the cottage next to us were playing loud music till midnight. We would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our weekend break here.Phillip and his wife went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Phillip was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for him. He even sorted it for my granddaughter to swim in the pool with another little girl who was staying there another cottage there. The children became great friends for the weekend. The pool and the private use of your own hot tub were the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend Glendale mews.
