Will go back again, really friendly, thoughtful owner. The kids loved it, especially the hot tub and quad bikes, but also had great fun in the outdoor adventure park. Food in the Bistro was very reasonably priced. Just needed to be clearer on original booking what would be cancelled due to COVID.

Pretty close to perfect. The only annoying thing was couch cushions slide off easily. Beds are so comfortable, couldn’t expect much more

Lovely accommodation and a welcomed break from the hustle and bustle of life.

Spacious and well equipped plenty of room for family of 8. Hot tub was well maintained and bbq was big enough for large family. Kitchen was well equipped and facilities were good enough to allow cooking of meals without fuss

Great facilities for our 3 year old. The outdoor play area and mini golf were great. As was the soft play. We would have loved to have eaten out at Coopers for dinner most nights but it wasn’t open after 5pm. Lodge had great potential to be amazing. Lovey sunset and layout. But the cleanliness wasn’t upto our liking. We had mushrooms growing in the shower room, mice ate our bread in the kitchen cupboard, and droppings were found in the bottom of the freezer cupboard door. Most outdoor lights were broken some with wires exposed. Grime was at bottom of hot tub on arrival, removed the next day when I asked the guy to suck it out with his hoover. Shower was blocked, it was temporarily unblocked when we reported it. There were no mattress protectors on most beds, glad we didn’t look at the mattress topper before we slept! The dishwasher didn’t work and covered everything in lumps of undissolved tablet. All mugs, cutlery etc were dirty on arrival. White cooking trays needed a scrub as had fat stuck to them. The glass on the oven door was detached completely. The frying pan was a lost cause! The Lego we recovered from under the coffee table was covered in a dust/hair ball. The sofas were really uncomfortabley. We had a great trip, but felt the lodge would need some tlc and additional cleaning if we were to return.
