Dirty and dated - very disappointed. Stained furniture (chairs and seats) dated and damaged decor.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff very warm and welcoming, lots for children to do.

Lodge was lovely. Cleanliness not so good. Cooker glass door was dirty and previous guest has left clothes that were under the bed so not cleaned properly.

Great lodge and location, park facilities not great, half were shut due to faulty parts. Would go again but only for lodge and location.

Food left on utensils by previous occupants. rubbish left on wardrobe, lipstick marks on glasses, this is after a supposed deep clean due to Covid. On site restaurant ok if you like deep fried everything. Smelt bad as if the oil needed changing a while back. Shop On site half empty. Swimming pool was closed. Very tired looking bar area, we had to ask to be served. Do not recommend.

Not as expected. No towels provided Hoseason web page and booking confirmation didn’t make this clear. No toilet roll in the lodge and provided with only 2 toilet rolls for 6 people for 3 nights based on number of bathrooms not people. Also dish washer provided but no tablet or anything to wash up with normally you get washing up liquid and sponge but no not here. Kids clubs was an after thought started late and lasted 15 minutes rather an the advertised 30 minutes. More worried about selling you bingo cards.

Accommodation premium lodge plus, actually caravan named lodge , however excellent inside , beautiful furnishing , we chose one with a hot tub, which was ready on arrival , discrete surround which made it feel private. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms and thick plush carpets complete with mod cons and TV ‘s in two of the bedrooms

Wouldn’t stay here again. The lodge itself was nice quality but paid over £600 and wasn’t satisfied. For this price we had: Stains on bedding, stains on cushions, no towels, no tea towels, no soap, no dishwasher tablets, two toilet rolls, hot tub lights broken, waited an hour to be delivered a frying pan. If we are paying for a ‘luxury platinum lodge’ I expect it to be of good quality and worth the money. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone. Rip off.

We had a lovely time and the staff and shop assistant was lovely. However, this seems to be the only site that only had actives for very young kids. We were constantly trying to find things for the kids to do age 8-14 so they weren’t bored. The other hoeseason sites offeres plenty of activities but this one doesn’t? Also on the holiday info that we were sent it said towels were provided. When we arrived they told us they won’t be providing them. It would have been nice to have been informed on this matter! All in all a lovely holiday but that was mostly down to the lovely staff and us making our own fun. We did enjoy the entertainment from 9pm onwards!

Restaurant was not open for breakfast or lunch, when we arrived lunch time, we couldn't get any hot drinks or food. When we went in the evening, it wasn't a full menu, the menu was pretty much the same every night (we have copies of the menu if need be) Friday there was fish and chips which were £11.50 and the fish was Birdseye product, not happy with that. The staff said they were really short staff due to Covid (which isn't our problem). Everything had to be paid in cash in the restaurant and the cash machine charged £1.50, restaurant was a rip off. Lodge was really nice and comfortable, we had a problem with getting towels, even though we phoned to clarify as it was also advised on your website . The windows were dirty and look liked they hadn't been cleaned for months, there was birdpoo on one of the windows that my mum cleaned off. There were no airier which would of been helpful as we used the washing machine a few times. It would of been nice to have hangers in the wardrobe as normally they is. The the knives could of been a bit sharper as we struggled to cut anything, the oven took forever to get hot. We did have a problem with both TV's but they sorted this really quickly.
