The Kitchen is poorly equipped and did not even have a saucepan. There was no parking at the lodge we had so had to park to car and walk which was not ideal and would have been nice to know in advance. The lodge was clean however there were a lot of flies on arrival. The property is also semi detached so if you are unfortunate as we were to have loud neighbours then you will hear everything. Their smoke alarms are also attached so when they decided to burn food at any hours, the alarm will go off in your lodge too. The lodge is comfy perfect for a couple.

Covid-19 rules apply, but i personally did not think that the lodge had been particularly well deep cleaned on arrival. Clean yes, but definitely traces of previous occupation.

    Car parking lodges 95/96 poor.

Only two plates etc in the property. would benefit from four of each as we felt limited.

The only issue we did have was the cleanliness inside the lodge, it wasn't the best considering we didn't get the keys till late to accommodate deeper cleaning. The view was amazing and hot tub was lovely and warm for the chilly nights.

    Lovely

Excellent staff Abi in the restaurant was so helpful. I would recommend in the room having thicker curtains as we woke up as soon as the sun rose other than that fabulous

Lovely lodge, a few minor issues that most were sorted. Needed ear plugs & could have done with blockout curtains

    Wendy 09/08/2021

Hot Tub was nice, interior was lovely, we didn't have a bottle opener in the cutlery draw & were only given 1 toilet roll for the week & towels & bedding were not changed for the entire week of our stay. This may be due to covid restrictions, but overall we had a lovely time.
