Not value for money. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and furniture and fixings poor. Defiantly in need of a revamp. Sofa dirty and smelt. Floors full of scratches unclean. Around house very scruffy. Plus had big shed right at the side where site material and tools were Kept.

The description of the lodge mentioned that the en suite had a king size bed but it had a very old small double bed which was extremely uncomfortable, and lack of sleep for a week ruined our holiday. I’m also still waiting for a refund because it had no hot tub

The house is large with 4 bedrooms. It is fitted out well with oak furniture and white linen. The seating area is a bit tight, with a settee, 4 chairs and a coffee table. There is a dining table and the kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the outdoor area is very poor. There is no hot tub, however, there was, so the back of the property has a raised stone area where this was. This is surrounded by a 6 ft high solid fence and is always in the shade. The front has a balcony off the main bedroom, that fits two chairs, however, this is also always in the shade. The balcony overlooks the car park and a storage cupboard. There is nowhere to sit outside in the sunshine at the property and there are no views except of the car park.
