Lovely lodge with everything we needed. Fabulous hot tub which was checked daily. Main TV didn’t work properly and couldn’t be fixed but a new one was sourced ASAP.

Perfect from start to finish. So well equipped, spotlessly clean. Not felt as relaxed in a long time ❤️ Hot tub was amazing

The particular location of our lodge was certainly a bonus. The one possible downside of the accommodation was the poor quality of the cutlery - was just not up to the standard of the rest of the facilities.

Very clean. Love the decor and layout. Had everything you need when you're away from home.

The standard of comfort and cleanliness was excellent. The jacuzzi tub was spotless and cleaned every day. The only reason I marked the furniture and fittings down a bit was because the pillows and mattress were too firm for my liking, but that’s just personal choice. Where I was disappointed was there wasn’t enough cutlery or crockery. The lodge had a dishwasher so you need more utensils if you don’t want to keep washing up by hand. It would cost very little to put double the amount of cutlery that was there. A set of cutlery of the type there is about £2.50 from Tesco so why scrimp on this for so little cost? It’s a false economy and let the experience down for me.

Stunning place, beautiful views, peace and quiet was delightful, the little cafe onsite is very nice. Hot tub was cleaned everyday by staff who were extremely polite and friendly. I forgot to report a few maintenance issues as they were so minor, but the hairdryer stand compartments were loose and kept falling off the wall, and also one of the extractor fans in one of the en suits was not working, like I say very minor. All of our party will without doubt be booking again in the future, as it was a perfect trip, if on the expensive side- I’m use to paying the same price for a last minute deal abroad, or camping, that being said it was definitely worth the money. Only down side was the check in/out times that being 9am check out and 5pm check in due to covid, and more cleaning, so we paid for the later check out and in which was 2 hours earlier and 2 hours later- however on reading the manual before we were due to leave, it requested us to take the rubbish down to the bins which was not a walkable distance with rubbish bags, so inconvenient and time consuming. Throughout the trip we had taken the rubbish bags down in our car but not on checkout, another request was to strip the beds. I do get with covid they are taking extra precautions so if the check in/out times hadn’t changed so much I would have been happy to do this, but paying for the extra 2 hours and then being asked to do this I just don’t think is right. That being said it was the only negative thing to say about the trip. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Smell in rooms on arrival and lots of cobwebs in corner of the rooms. Overall it was clean and tidy
