The Hot Tub

    Location

Nice accommodation, central to plenty of places to eat so we just had breakfast in the morning and ate out the rest of the time. Hot tub facilities and large dining area inside and out if required. Only issue was no microwave or washing machine. A bit expensive as we were restricted to entry at 5, although we were able to get in a bit early and had to be out by 9am on last day, due to Covid. Plenty of Parking, left the cars there on last morning while we went for breakfast at a local cafe. Overall good place and would recommend place and location

It was excellent. House was clean, lots of attractions, bubbling location, peaceful. I am short for words.

We stayed in Ullswater House as a family of 11. We had a fantastic time. All the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lovely hot showers and plenty of space for a big group. The hot tub was superb and gowns are provided. Lovely outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return.

Absolutely excellent, the property exceeded our expectations, we were under the impression that it was on Hillcroft Park but it was actually situated in the heart of Pooley Bridge which is lovely and between 2 pubs and another across the road.and a 2 min walk to Ullswater lake. There was 13 of us and 4 cars so plenty of parking even an electric charging point if needed, so in our experience it was well worth it, and would recommend the house for larger parties.

We stayed at Ullswater House and from start to finish it was a great stay. The house, facilities and location where amazing. My only negative is that check in wasn’t till 5 and you have to be out by 9.00am other than that excellent break away.
