Perfect relaxing house

We had a fantastic week after a long year. A family of 10 with lots of space for us too spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, a bbq would have been good but we brought our own portable! We made good use of the hot tub everyday and the trees were great to put a hammock in - again brought from home. It was a very relaxing house to have our dads belated 80th. I had good contact with the owner. Thank you.

Our first visit to norfolk. Lots to explore and so quant. The house was amazing, suspicious in a lovely setting, clean and very well equipped Thank you for a lovely stay

OK expected more for the Money

First off all do not book this through Sykes Cottages terrible customer service Due to Covid 5pm Check in for cleaning purposes, Found £1 under one bed a contact lens under another and good god the hob needed wiping over and also the windows need to be cleaned and the cobweb and dead spider hanging in the sky light. Hard place to find Sykes didnt give us a lot of information. More light needed outside if your using the Hot tub was told not to mess with buttons but once 7pm came couldn't see the buttons!!! Steps on wrong side of hot tub as well, you got in the lounger side which you could slip. Mattresses in the one room by Sauna needs changing you roll from one side to the other sloping also the one by front door when you turn over make such a noise springs creeking and so uncomfortable agree the duvets well were that thin, leave the window open gust of wind and they would have been blown away. The Bathroom with the day bed in needs cleaning. Stayed in better houses for cheaper rentals. Photos on Sykes very deceiving looks much bigger.

Directions useless. House lovely.

When we eventually found the house after 40mins of driving round in circles (directions given are worse than useless, strongly recommend calling the contact no. you have to ask where the gates are & the code for them). We wanted very rural peace and once we found the house it was lovely - clean &well equipped. Hot tub worked and house was warm & spacious. Quilts on beds need to be thicker & instructions for central heating left out but apart from that all good and we would go back.
