Too Hoots is a superb detached cottage located in the picturesque village of Wold Newton. This location offers stunning views out over the countryside with sunsets that are considered spectacular and which can be viewed from the decking of the property.

Based just a short drive from Filey, this is a faultless base for families thanks to the numerous well regarded sandy beaches that are within easy reach from the property. The cottage is open plan so it is spacious, with a superb farmhouse kitchen and all of the amenities that you could ever want during your stay.

Too Hoots is just a short distance from some of the best nature walks in this part of the UK, including the Cleveland Way, along with gardens and historic houses and some of the best golf courses. Children will enjoy a day out at the Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park along with Sea Life Centre.

Thanks to the huge diversity when it comes to attractions in the area and surrounding areas Too Hoots is suitable for not only families but also the older generation and couples. The older generation may wish to take in the many arts and crafts along with galleries, while couples can enjoy long romantic walks on the beach, some of the very best restaurants and plenty of water sports.
