Gas heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TVs and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Hairdryer provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio area with seating and hot tub. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area on site. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within a 15-minute walk. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception, passes are £7.95 per adult and £5.95 per child 'off peak'.
