A big open plan cottage, great for our party and even better with such a big hot tub out the back.

Blaensilltyn was in a lovely rural area and we fully enjoyed it and the hot tub was brilliant. Overall a great holiday

The property was ideal for our extended family offering all the facilities we could have wished for and was very spacious. In a beautiful and quiet position but not far from beaches and other attractions. We all felt that it surpassed our expectations and would willingly recommend to any larger family groups and we were sorry to leave.

The standard of the accommodation was superb. Couldn't have asked for more. Owner always on hand, if needed. We would definitely recommend this. Can't wait to go again!

A superb property, everything you needed was there. It was large enough for a party of 12 and the house still felt big. It was clean and tastefully decorated.

A wonderful cottage with a large amount of living space, a wonderful enclosed garden perfect for playing with the kids and dog, and enough beds to accommodate 10 easily. The house was well maintained and clean. The hot tub was maintained daily by the owner who answered all our questions promptly.

This was a beautiful house, just like something straight off the pages of Hello Magazine. We had a wonderful holiday there.

The place is beautiful, the pictures truly do not do it justice. The hot tub was well maintained and the en-suite shower is amazing. The location is really good, close to the beach and the town.

An amazing cottage in a wonderfully secluded location. It was fully kitted out for plenty of guests with nothing overlooked. The hot tub was wonderful and tended to every morning by the owners, so was always a pleasure to use. A must for groups of friends or family get togethers. We'll be back again next year.

Amazing house, we went as a large family get together for my mums 65th birthday and none of us wanted to leave, plenty of room for 11 of us, owners are such lovely people and we will definitely be back.

We loved the country style kitchen and the fact that all 12 of us could site around the table for meals. The owners of the cottage were very friendly and helpful.

Blaensilltyn is absolutely gorgeous, a real luxury treat. I cannot recommend this immaculate, spacious holiday farmhouse highly enough. I particularly enjoyed everything about it, as did my family. Additionally the owners are really lovely, genuine people.

A beautiful house in a wonderful location. It was close enough to shops and restaurants but still felt very private. The games room and hot tub were the definite highlights. It had expensive quality bedding and furnishings throughout the house. Absolutely fabulous.

Celebrated my 60th birthday and New Year with my family, including my three grandchildren. Spent seeing in the New Year in the hot tub - absolutely fantastic. Accommodation superb, Welsh cakes, bottle of wine and fresh eggs provided by the owner absolute treat. Owner very helpful. Our Tibetan terrier had a wonderful holiday too. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay at this fantastic house.

A truly amazing property. It was exceptionally well maintained throughout with comfort and entertainment a priority. The attention to detail is notable, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. All 12 family members ranging from 2 to 64 years old, plus a Labrador, thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A remarkable holiday.

The property was beyond expectations as the online pictures don't do it justice. For example; there are no pictures of the fantastic hot tub which, in line with everything in the house, is of the highest quality. The fixtures and fittings in the house are of a very high quality. The house is very spacious and the en suite in the master bedroom is huge. All beds are comfy particularly the bunk beds where the mattresses are really thick. The table tennis, pool table and dartboard in one of the barns is an added bonus. All in all one of the best houses we have stayed in.

A fantastic location set in stunning secluded countryside. The property was done up to an excellent standard with the Hot-Tub serving as a great entertainment centre piece. The owner was very friendly and facilitated a great weekend away.

The kitchen was a lovely host/entertaining area, you are able to fit up to 12 people comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped - I was very impressed! The hot tub is definitely an added bonus. I was so impressed by the size of house and we will be booking again!

4 Stars due to poor WiFi but still highly recommended

Loved it. Everything was great except the WiFi which was terrible. Love the spacious rooms, games facilties and spa pool.

Lovely property - Dog Owners should be aware though ...

Totally agree with all the good reviews. Really lovely spacious well presented, spacious property. The property is described as dog friendly - just need to add a note of information. It wasn't until we got to the property we found a hand written note in the welcome pack that dogs had to be kept only in the kitchen and utility room. Whilst we have no problem with the normalrequests from properties of no dogs on furniture or bedrooms ... we hadn't realised that our dog was not going to be allowed in the other communal rooms with us. The kitchen whilst being a very nice area complete with TV , was not the room I had envisaged spending most of our holiday in with our pet dog. Our dog is used to sleeping in a utility room at home, but she is part of the family and shutting her away whilst we all chilled out in the other rooms proved to be a tad stressful. Most properties include this kind of information in the description of the property which we feltshould have been the case here. If you have a farm/ working dog that is used to being kept away from you - you will have no problem with this property. We still managed to have a lovely holiday despite it being spent, most of the time in the kitchen!

Quality home

Excellent house for a big family to enjoy a relaxing break with loved one's we spent new year in the hot tub which was well maintained and there was even a games room to keep the kids occupied. On arrival to this lovely clean home we had fresh eggs and 2 bottles of wine which was a bonus there was also every thing provided from utensils to baby cots and gates this is a wonderful place in a wonderful part of the country really feels like home from home highly recommend will be coming back

Well kept and well presented place. The children enjoyed the games area and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.
