Rural cottage in delightful rolling countryside

Series of cottages expertly merged into one four bedroom, three bathroom dwelling. Fittings of a very high standard, well equipped, and scrupulously clean. Rear garden fairly narrow, but very neat and tidy, containing barbecue, hot tub, and outdoor seating; overlooking pastureland, with views up to Montgomery and surrounding hills. We played an interesting game of boules, which a herd of cows came to watch! Unfortunately they brought flies, which were a nuisance, and caused us to keep all windows shut. Kitchen is equipped with an electric insect trap. Although the location is rural, the property is immediately adjacent to the road, and light traffic was sometimes too fast for comfort. However, the garden is fully enclosed and safe for children. If there was a minor niggle it would be that the ground floor bedroom was at the opposite end of the property to the shower/ toilet, which meant a trek through the lounge and kitchen. Having said that, the property is very well equipped with quality fittings, and this is the nicest location we have rented by far. The welcome pack was superb, and the owner was very attentive, and deserves full marks. We will return.
