The Hot Tub

    Location

    Reviews

    Looks nice but hidden extras

Uncomfortable beds the mattresses kept sliding off the beds, the pretend log fire doesn't even work and it does get cold with it being open plan. There were urine stains under the toilet seat which had been missed. We used the hotub twice there was a strange smell coming from it and i ended up with a rash halfway up my stomach and had to call 111 emergency out of hours Gp. I couldn't use the hottub for the remainder of the stay. I do believe the hottub water was unclean and didnt have chemicals. I took a water sample and kept the note which had been put through the door stating the water had been changed and chemicals have now been added to the water after i made a complaint. This spoilt the rest of our stay as i couldn't use the hottub and i am still on antibiotics for some kind of infection i believe i caught from the hottub. Shame there's no bathtub.
