Location

Reviews

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location. We received a very friendly welcome from the host. The property has outstanding views. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The cottage itself is in an excellent location and is well appointed. We appreciated the friendly reception and recommendations from the owner. It will remain a memorable holiday for all the right reasons!

It was an amazing weekend. The house is incredible and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

An ideal location to explore Llandudno, Conwy and surrounding areas. We love this area of Wales and I would recommend this house to explore the hidden jewels that this area has to offer!

This is a terrific holiday house for children, our 3 grandsons thoroughly enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave.

Everything was fantastic

The house was in good location for the town and big enough to accommodate large families without falling over each other. All bedrooms were very comfortable with nice clean bedclothes, overall a very comfortable house.

The house had a very homely feel and lots of little touches to make it special - piano, games, DVD's. The gentleman who met us at the property also made us feel especially welcome.

Particularly liked the location and access to local amenities and the very warm welcome.

A nice, well equipped house a short distance from the centre of the resort.

Great property in a good location. Plenty to do for the kids around Llandudno. The owner was very pleasant, and it was really nice to have a welcome pack on arrival. We will re-visit this property in the near future.

Highgate was a very well presented property. It is very well equipped from the utensils in the kitchen, to the quality of the bed linen! The very high quality room furnishings made the holiday fantastic. This is one of the best property we have stayed in! The power shower is amazing. The views from the house are great! With a complete secure garden and children's play area, comfortable lounge with open fire and films galore this house cannot fail but to impress!

Great accommodation, the pictures do not do justice. Excellent condition, really nice gardens with swings and toys for the kids. About 15-20 mins walk to main promenade which works well. A great place to stay - thanks to the owner for the continuous communication and help.

We walked to the beach every day and used the house as a perfect base to explore the area.

Fantastic ! Gorgeous place - very helpful owner

We go away twice a year as a large group and selecting a good property is a challenge however this property was superb, good spacious bedrooms all well presented and clean, lovely loft area for children. The kitchen was very well set up with excellent facilities, the lovely piano room with books and games a plenty, good outdoor area to dine in summer (a bit cold for us in October) The dining room linking the kitchen was great for dining and enjoying wine with the chef as well as diners !!, there are 2 stair cases and one is not suitable for very young children as highly polished wood, however the owner had supplied stair gates. The lounge was lovely with open fire and comfy sofa etc, the house was full of charm and well presented, parking was a minor issue (and to be fair we had 3 cars) but it was a quiet residential area and we played music cars so was fine. the location for Llandudno was fantastic ! I am late with this review as I thought I had placed it on. The owner was very helpful and friendly as think we needed some advice so came round. We tried to book this year but booked up !! Great house and cracking location.

Didn't want to leave

We enjoyed a family holiday here at the beginning of July, there were 6 adults and 1 14 month old toddler. We were greeted by the owner and shown around and given a welcome pack. From start to finish the stay in this house was superb. It was very clean, and well equipped, really felt like a home from home. We loved having so much space so we were not on top of each other. We spent a few days out and about travelling to nearby places to visit and some days just staying in Llandudno. We enjoyed walks into the town along the sea front which took about 20 minutes. We really loved our stay and didn't want to leave, would highly recommend this place to anyone.

brilliant experience.

Uncle from Pakistan was visiting so took him for a break. Loved the spacious cottage, its facilities and mainly the location which had many attractions and beautiful palaces to visit.
