The Hot Tub

    Location

    Reviews

fabulous spacious house in lovely area

Beautiful spotlessly clean house, key safe on the side wall (take care to have the key when you come out of the front door as it self locks) 3min walk downhill to Harbour Hotel (we recommend the food) and the beach (allows dogs all yr round at the far end, you’ll see a map), 4min to Stag Inn, 5min to 2x high street cafes (both were good), a Morrisons Daily & pharmacy. Remember it’s back up hill to return. Easily fits 3x cars on the drive. Bathroom fittings and decor are modern & clean, powerful hot showers, could have done with more than one bath towel per person and more than one toilet roll per bathroom, but we did only stay for 3x nights. Bedrooms 1x ground floor + 3x 1st floor all very tastefully furnished with firm comfortable beds. Open plan lounge, diner (seats 8x) kitchen perfect for a big group, for some peace alone there's a lovely quiet sun room. Nice big garden with a decked hot tub area (remember to turn it on in the morning to warm up by the evening). You’ll need to bring beach towels to use after the hot tub. House had everything we needed vacuum, washer, dryer, huge fridge freezer, and some handy things such as cling film, tin foil, hand wash, washing up scourer, dishcloth, washing up liquid, a small supply of coffee, tea, sugar, milk. The owner kindly rang me on day 2 to see if we were settling in and to explain about a loose toilet seat that she was awaiting replacement of. We met the cleaners as we were leaving, very friendly and even they said they love the house. Would definitely recommend this property, the area is beautiful but quiet, it had enough for us for 3x days. We visited Beaumaris (40min), Penmon Point, Red Wharf Bay, Church Bay, Llandeusant (for amazing doughnuts).
