A great place for a family get together and very secure for young children to run free. Excellent house can’t wait to go for a third time.

We (2 adults, 2 4-year olds and 1 baby) had a great stay here. The main reasons for our stay were the hot tub, enclosed garden and proximity to beaches. The house was very clean, spacious and it was comfortable enough. The decor does need updating and there is no WiFi, but we felt this was reflected in the reasonable price. The key holders were very welcoming. They'd had to take out everything but the essentials due to covid, but we still had everything we needed. One of the bedrooms smells of damp due to some damp patches on the wall, which could do with sorting out. And it would be good to have WiFi which I think is expected of holiday properties nowadays. We had lovely trips to Berrow beach, Kilve beach, Uphill beach, Sand Point and Puxton Park. Recommend Rob's Fish Bar in Highbridge! Definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant week at Mulberry House. It is well situated for birding and visits to the coast and Exmoor. Would have liked more equipment for cooking. Only 2 shallow dishes, no casseroles or similar. Also no egg cups! Hot tub was fine just a bit chilly getting to it. Would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the Somerset Levels.

We had a lovely time in Mulberry House, seeing our daughter and her partner for the first time (Zooming aside!) for many months. We got a very friendly and helpful greeting when we arrived, being shown the things we needed to know about the house. In particular we learnt about the hot tub, using which proved a real delight. It was cleaned etc every day for us. The house is spacious and it struck us that it would be very good for larger family/friendship groups with the lovely outside area. The lawn with visiting rabbits is delightful. The lack of wi-fi was a drawback for us, though manageable, and there might be problems for some larger groups with the amount of kitchen equipment. For us the location was excellent with the nearest beach just a very short drive away, and other seaside places being easily reached. In all, we were very pleased to stay at the house.

We had a great stay at Mulberry house. We were greeted by Trevor who was such a lovely, friendly guy. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Not much to do where your located but not far from anywhere by car. But there is a pub in walking distance. The hot tub really does make a big different to the house.

This was a fabulous place to stay in so many ways. The farmhouse was spacious, with a large garden and well maintained. I read a review that it needed a little TLC, but we thought that the minor imperfections added to the character. The neighbour, Trevor, is a lovely man and he attended every day, to ensure the fabulous hot tub was in perfect condition for us. The area itself was just sufficient distance from the bustling resorts of Burnham, Brean and Weston, but well set for supermarkets and take aways. The amazing attractions of Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar and Wookey Hole were just a short drive away. All in all, my family had a superb time here at Mulberry House.

We had a lovely stay at Mulberry House, great location plenty of places to visit, house very comfortable and clean apart from the oven and microwave which was lacking a deep clean, we never intended to use either of these anyway as we ate out that is why we scored it 8 for cleanliness, we did mention that the hoover was not picking up when used before we left, probably just needed to be emptied. The hot tub was most enjoyable after a day touring around the area. we would visit again.
