Perfectly clean and equipped, dog friendly so it had a gate on the decking which was great for peace of mind.

Lovely, clean and cosy Caravan. Nice hot tub too. Great value for money.

The lodge, (caravan), was more than adequate for my wife and myself. It was also probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in and would have passed a Guards' officer's inspection. The big plus was the hot tub which was well looked after by a very friendly handyman. The communication from the site, Lucy, was superb.

The lodge itself was very clean, tidy & comfortable. We were provided with plenty of cutlery, mixing bowls and saucepans to allow us to cook our own meals with the gas oven. We found there was not too much privacy though without making the lodge dark, if we had the curtains open in the living area we could see into the living areas of the lodges either side of us, meaning they could see into ours too. There was a window at the front of the lodge looking into the master bedroom which we kept shut the majority of the time otherwise cars or people walking past could see directly into the bedroom. In terms of location, it was very remote with not much/nothing to do within walking distance. The park leads onto a country road without a path which we were uncomfortable with walking along, especially without any high-vis clothing. Although if you don't mind travelling, its a 25 minute journey to Cambridge Park & Ride on Newmarket Road and a 25 minute journey to Ely, both of which we visited twice within the 7 days we stayed at Rosewood Stud. We had an issue with our boiler on day 5, which was quickly resolved by the on-site maintenance person (within 5 minutes of a phone call to their office), which we were greatly appreciative of. All in all, the lodge was comfortable but privacy & activities to do were our main concerns.

Fly nets over doors & windows would be useful so you can keep them open in summer. Also door stops would be helpful to air out all rooms. No lamps in living area so had to have spotlights on when relaxing in the evening.

Lovely, clean and spacious. Great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Great hot tub and great weekend!

Lodge was very clean and light. Clear instructions for how to use Hot-tub on door and PH levels were checked every morning by very cheerful and friendly staff. We only had a few small areas where we think improvements could be made - A heated indoor towel rail would help to dry towels as outdoors or indoors they never seemed to dry . An extra 1 or 2 baking trays would also be good. I know due to Covid-19 they are being very careful about having too many things that people touch - but instructions for how to use heating and TV could be laminated and stuck to wall or door. Closest large supermarket was at Mildenhall - about 8 minutes away ( not 25 minutes as stated in information sheets.) We enjoyed our 4 night break very much and would definitely consider coming back here again .

We visited 4 or 5 year's ago the lodge was still as nice as then but the decking outside really does require some attention as it was very dirty a hour or so with a jetwash would soon resolve the problem I spent ten minutes every sweeping it down so nothing would get transferred to the hot tubs! All in all its a lovely quiet location and the cabins are so nice please please sort out the decking !!

Great location and lovely lodge but beds were all very uncomfortable Which is a shame as the holiday wasn’t cheap

Peaceful and secluded location. Not the most luxurious accommodation - essentially a caravan with decking and a hot tub, but modern and clean. The check in time was given as 5pm but we were informed by a member of staff on arrival that there would be a delay as they were behind with cleaning, due to a big wedding. Quite disappointing as no one called or emailed beforehand to advise this. You expect everything to be ready for your arrival time, not have a cleaning van still outside your accommodation at 5pm.. Would have been nice to be offered some kind of late check out time as goodwill, but luckily it ended up only being a ten minute or so delay. Also due to this our hot tub was not prepared in time so the water was cold and therefore unusable the first night - hugely disappointing! The TV in our bedroom did not work due to signal problems. I would hope these were just unfortunate one offs as all the other reviews seem very positive. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay!
