Lovely private cubbyhole

Very neat and tidy, well furnished and cosy. Perfect for a long weekend, any longer unless eating out everynight the limited cooking untilities will be a hindrance. Plus points: Welcome bottle of Wine, Welsh cakes, plus milk and marge in the fridge was a nice touch. Dog friendly but note the owners dogs are friendly however freeroaming and will interact. Fencing means it's nice and private but isn't a closed off space. Minus points: Crockery, glasses and utensils all needed cleaning before use, bathroom light took ages to find (it's hidden behind the kettle). Main fridge is in the shed across from the hut which can be annoying if it's raining. No shelves or drawers to unpack into.

Absolutely perfect

A fabulous location, the residence was beautiful, facilities top notch and the hosts were so thoughtful leaving us a bottle of wine and some welshcakes to enjoy on our arrival. I highly recommend this and can't wait to stay again!

Good for dogs

We recently stayed at The Cwtch, initial impressions were fab, the place was clean and tidy with a bottle wine/minstrels and welsh cakes were a nice touch. Sadly we had one of the worse nights sleep here, bed was creaking with every little movement, mattress was also thin and lumpy. Basic cooking facilities, just a microwave and a hob to plug in but enough to make the basics, plenty for what we needed. Very dog friendly, we did seem to have a lot of dogs visiting us. Apparently our hut was the dogs site bathroom, i picked up constantly but got tiring so just concentrated on our own dogs 'parcels' On a positive note the views and location were good.
