The Farmhouse is in a lovely remote location, with plenty of room for the 12 of us, it never felt crowded. It was spotless when we arrived. There was plenty for the kids to do, with darts and pool in the games room, and football on the lawn.
We loved every part about this place. It was really quiet, very clean, views were great and the family were amazing.
The Farmhouse was of an extremely high standard, the resident family were on site and were very friendly and helpful. It was safe to allow the children to explore the grounds and interact with the animals, and a few fish were caught at the on-site pond. We would definitely recommend it and revisit.
There was plenty of room; the bedrooms were all a good size. The property was warm and cosy for such a big house and always had plenty of hot water. The children enjoyed the climbing frame and the games room was a good idea. The owners were very welcoming and very helpful.

A beautiful spacious Farmhouse in a lovely part of Wales. A lovely relaxing way to spend a family Christmas with 3 generations. Lots of space to relax in and a huge TV!
The cottage was a fantastic size for 7 adults and set in a glorious position - so peaceful and with beautiful views. The garden was sun trap and the inbuilt BBQ was an added bonus! The home grown veg/eggs that were available (for a small sum) were delicious and the owners were friendly and helpful. A lovely spot to visit and I'm sure we will be back again.

The games room and outside play area for children was great, we also appreciated the safe separate garden linked to the property. The setting was beautiful. A very roomy and homely property in a good location close to coast. We liked it so much we booked for next year within two days of returning home!

The Farmhouse was very good.The games room was marvellous for our mixed ages family. It is described by you as a barn but its a step up on that! Excellent!
Great location to explore West Wales. Fantastic large farmhouse for 3 families with a superb conservatory and private garden area which was useful for letting the dog out! It was "home from home" and the owners made us all feel very welcome. Delicious fresh veg from the farm and fresh eggs each day. Loved the play area, pool table, table tennis and xbox area for wet days (not that we had much rain at all!) and also loved the walk up to the pond for a bit of fishing with the children. Easy walk down to National Trust property (Llanachaeron) from the house and also a fabulous "secret" garden only 5 mins drive at Ty Glynn with musical sculptures and wooden adventure play area for young children - a little oasis!! We would definitely return for another holiday in the future.
Wonderful accommodation in a stunning setting
comfortable, spacious farmhouse with every amenity from Sky TV to pool and darts. Lovely owners and freshly laid eggs! Beautiful setting and many red kites to watch. We thoroughly recommend it and will return.
