Well-presented throughout and benefitting from an enclosed garden with kennel, Ty’n Y Clawdd welcomes families and three dogs looking to retreat to this picturesque corner of Wales. Rustle up a feast in the well-appointed kitchen, home to an assortment of integrated appliances making it a haven for any budding chef, and relish mealtimes with loved ones at the dining table for six. Move round to the living room where the multi-fuel stove and seating invites cosy movie nights, or use this space to socialise with the group, enjoying a board game or discussing where next to explore. Venture out to the private garden, separated into two levels with the top tier offering an enclosed space that is perfect for dogs to roam about, whilst there is also a kennel for them at night. The lower tier comprises of another lawned section with a patio area with seating, ideal during those summer periods when you fancy a drink outside. As you look to catch your rest, there are three delightful bedrooms upstairs; the master hosts a double bed with Smart TV and sea views, while there is also a twin and a bunk room to catch your sleep before embarking on more adventures. When you’re ready to explore, amble over to the nearby Benar Beach, sink your toes in the sand or paddle in the waves; you may wish to visit the fascinating Cors y Gedol Neolithic Site or choose from an array of walking trails that pepper the area. The village of Dyffryn Ardudwy offers a pub, Cadwgan House and a local convenience store where you can grab any cupboard essentials. Those keen walkers can take advantage of the Welsh Coastal Path and the Ardudwy and Mawddach Trails.
