Woodside Lodge is a beautifully presented holiday lodge in the Pony Meadow area of White Cross Bay. New refurbished for 2020, this lovely accommodation offers a quiet location backing onto a woodland area and is just a short stroll from the lake. Woodside Lodge is great for families with children sleeping up to six guests (Maximum four adults due to the size of the bunk room). Benefiting from a hot tub, this lodge is a real treat on an evening after a long day exploring the stunning national park. This bright and airy lodge offers a great open plan living area for all of the family to socialise and the double patio doors lead out onto the decking area with seating. Note: Some facilities on the park are subject to extra cost such as use of the pool, gym, entertainment, bar and restaurant. In a glorious setting by the lake, White Cross Bay sits on the shores of Lake Windermere, with views all around to the spectacular fells. You’re also just two miles from Windermere village with shops, cafes and pubs, and three miles from Bowness boat landings, where the cruisers come in. Bowness is a cosmopolitan village with award-winning restaurants and pubs and quirky shops, a cinema and the World of Beatrix Potter attraction. Three miles in the other direction, head to Ambleside, another bustling town with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and of course, walks in every direction.
